Infratide LLC (“Infratide,” “we,” “us”) is a technology consulting company based in the United States. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. Questions about it can be sent to tech@infratide.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide — when you submit our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: name, email address, company, service interest, budget range, timeline, and message.
• Information collected automatically — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate timestamps, captured in routine server logs and any analytics we operate.

3. Contact form submissions

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to our team and used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We record the submitting IP address as part of our spam prevention and abuse protection. We do not sell contact information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. Analytics

If we use website analytics, we configure them to collect aggregate usage information — such as page views and referral sources — to understand how the site is used and improve it. Where feasible we prefer privacy-respecting analytics that avoid cross-site tracking. Analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors.

5. Cookies

This site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies, such as a session cookie and a CSRF (security) token that protects forms from forgery. These are required for the site to function and do not track you across other websites. Any optional analytics cookies, if introduced, will be described here.

6. How long we keep information

Contact inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business correspondence, after which they are deleted or archived. Routine server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out.

7. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of service providers to operate this site, which may process limited technical data on our behalf:

• Cloud hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services)
• Transactional email delivery for contact form messages
• Font delivery (served without visitor tracking)

These providers are used solely to run the website and deliver our services, under their respective privacy and security commitments.

8. How we protect information

We apply the same security practices we recommend to clients: encrypted connections (HTTPS), input validation, least-privilege access to systems and inboxes, hardened infrastructure, dependency updates, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with disciplined, current practices.

9. Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing tech@infratide.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and honor applicable legal rights.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
